Studio began as a conversation between two longtime friends — Dori, the visionary behind Doris Metropolitan, and Tal, the creative force of Tal’s Hummus. Both believed that dining should be more than just a meal: it should be an experience, layered with flavor, craft, and meaning. Over time, that vision evolved into Studio — a steakhouse where Uptown charm meets world-class culinary artistry.
At the heart of Studio is a modern butcher shop, where artisanal sausages and premium cuts showcase the philosophy that even the most humble ingredients can be elevated into an art form. A sausage, when crafted with technique and passion, can stand proudly alongside refined seasonal dishes and creative appetizers touched with Middle Eastern inspiration.
